Cancellation Policy
theARTBOX Terms & Conditions — Applies to Single Day Passes and Monthly Plan – 30 Sessions Pass Thank you for choosing theARTBOX! To ensure a smooth and inspiring experience for all guests, the following terms apply to both Single Day Passes and the Monthly Plan – 30 Sessions Pass. By purchasing a pass, you agree to these policies. The Monthly Plan includes 30 sessions to be used within one calendar month from the selected start date. Each session provides one full day of access during regular hours. Sessions can be used on any day within the plan period, subject to availability. Unused sessions expire at the end of the month and do not carry over. Plans cannot be paused or extended unless approved in rare cases at the sole discretion of theARTBOX owner. Walk-ins are welcome, but advance booking is recommended, especially during busy hours. Sessions missed without prior notice will be counted as used. Please let us know if you’re running late or need to cancel. theARTBOX may close occasionally for private events, workshops, or community programs. We will notify members in advance whenever possible, but access is not guaranteed every day. By purchasing a pass, you understand you may not be able to use it on days when private events are scheduled. We appreciate your flexibility as we host programming that supports the creative community. All passes are non-refundable, including Single Day and Monthly Plans. Exceptions may be considered only in rare or extenuating circumstances at the owner’s sole discretion. Monthly Plan start dates may be changed once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Passes are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred. Passes include access to co-working and creative studio spaces during business hours. Use of art and writing supplies, high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary printing, and a self-serve station with tea, coffee, water, and snacks is included. Treat the space, supplies, and equipment with care. Please clean up your area before leaving to help maintain a respectful, shared environment. theARTBOX reserves the right to revoke access without refund for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.
